7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not happy with your initial website design for any reason, email us within 7 days of receiving your first preview and we will refund your $399 payment in full. No awkward questions, no hoops to jump through.
We take all the risk so you don't have to.
1. How to Request a Refund
Email us at info@nubevest.com.au with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your full name and the email address used at checkout;
- A brief reason (optional, but it helps us improve).
We will confirm receipt within 1 business day and process your refund promptly.
2. Refund Timeline & Method
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (credit card or debit card via Stripe) within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. We initiate the refund on our end within 2 business days of approving your request.
You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.
3. When Refunds Apply
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request it within 7 days of receiving your first website preview;
- You are unhappy with the design for any reason;
- We are unable to deliver the website within a reasonable timeframe due to our own delays.
4. When Refunds Are Not Available
A refund is not available in the following circumstances:
- You have approved the design and the website has been made live at your request;
- The 7-day review window has passed after delivery of your first preview;
- Delays in delivery were caused by you failing to provide required materials (logo, content, domain access) after being asked;
- You have requested and received significant additional work outside the original scope.
5. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our 7-day guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you are entitled to a remedy if a service has a major failure or is not delivered with acceptable care and skill.
For more information about your consumer rights, visit the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) at accc.gov.au or the consumer protection agency in your state or territory.
6. Change of Mind
Because website design is a custom, labour-intensive service started immediately after your order, we are not required under Australian Consumer Law to provide a refund for a simple change of mind after work has commenced. However, our 7-day money-back guarantee covers you during the preview stage regardless of the reason, which goes well beyond what the law requires.
