We stand behind our work. If you are not happy with your initial website design for any reason, email us within 7 days of receiving your first preview and we will refund your $399 payment in full. No awkward questions, no hoops to jump through.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (credit card or debit card via Stripe) within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. We initiate the refund on our end within 2 business days of approving your request.

Because website design is a custom, labour-intensive service started immediately after your order, we are not required under Australian Consumer Law to provide a refund for a simple change of mind after work has commenced. However, our 7-day money-back guarantee covers you during the preview stage regardless of the reason, which goes well beyond what the law requires.
