1. The Service
Nubex ("we", "us") designs and builds a custom website for your business for a one-time fee of $399 AUD (launch offer; normally $1,499). The package includes design, copywriting, mobile optimisation, basic SEO setup, hosting setup and domain connection, and up to 5 pages agreed during your order.
2. Delivery Timeframe & Confirmation Call ⏱️
We aim to deliver your first website preview within 2 to 3 business days of receiving your completed order form.
Please note that depending on the complexity and specific requirements of your website, delivery may take an additional day or two. Larger sites, custom features, or delays in receiving your content (logo, photos, text) can extend this timeframe.
We will contact you by phone, email, or WhatsApp shortly after your order to confirm a few details about your website and make sure we build exactly what you have in mind. A quick chat helps us get it right the first time.
3. What We Need From You
To build your site we may need your logo, photos, brand colours, and any specific text. If you don't have these, we can design and write them for you. Significant delays in providing requested materials may affect your delivery date.
4. Revisions
Your package includes one round of revisions to fine-tune the design after the first preview. Additional revision rounds or major scope changes beyond the original brief may incur a separate, clearly-quoted fee.
5. Payment
Payment is made securely at checkout via Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. The $399 fee is charged once, up front, to reserve your build slot and begin work.
6. Refund / Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not happy with your initial website design, let us know within 7 days of receiving your first preview and we will refund your payment in full. Refunds are not available once a site has been finalised, approved, and made live at your request.
7. Ownership & Hosting
Once your site is delivered and paid for, the website design and content are yours. Domain names and any third-party hosting or service fees (if applicable beyond the included setup) remain your responsibility.
8. Limitation of Liability
We deliver our work to a high professional standard but cannot guarantee specific business results (e.g. sales or rankings). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
